The facts of quit smoking cigarettes are quite interesting. Do you find yourself asking questions like, “what is this doing to me, am I destroying myself, or am I addicted.” It is something that you will always ask yourself, whether by intention or a mere afterthought.

The facts and the evidence are already everywhere, and should not be used as an excuse that smoking cannot affect you. This is what I will explain and hopefully, it will scare you to act now before it is too late. Remember, as long as there is no long-term damages or effects the body can still recover, in due time.  

The obvious fact of quit smoking cigarettes is you will no longer smell bad. That is a fact that makes itself apparent within days of quitting smoking. Not to mention your breath won’t smell bad anymore and you would appear more attractive as well.

You won’t be coughing anymore either. There is another good fact of quit smoking cigarettes. That has to be a relief. Not coughing every 5 seconds from all that crap in your lungs has to be the best feeling out of it all. You should try to run after you quit smoking, as soon as your body has recovered and notice how it will be easier to breathe again.

The one thing that probably would not cross your mind is the nicotine. Just imagine not having that feeling of needing it every time you stop smoking. You will not feel stressed out from the lack of nicotine. Your jitteriness will go down as well, just in case you get the ants in your pants all you have to do is try to keep yourself busy.

The best thing of all, your chances of getting cancer drop big time. Furthermore, if you stopped right now it would drop even more. Not worrying about cancer has to be such a relief. There is no need to worry about money as you would not have to spend a single penny on treatment and enjoy your savings to the fullest.

Another fact is that you will save about $1500 a year for not smoking. That is a lot of money, wouldn’t you say. You could get like a new TV or something with that much savings a year. The average cost of a pack of “smokes” is about $4 and if you smoke two or three packs a day. Add that up and you get a nice amount gone on burning something.

Good facts, I say would say so. The facts of quit smoking cigarettes is huge saving on money, smelling better, looking better, and better health. Those are some really good facts that would definitely make me stop smoking, what about you.
