I quit smoking onJanuary 11th, and i’m on day 18 of not smoking. does any former smokers that are now quit have any tips on what i need to do to stay quit and make sure i don’t make bad decisions to go back to smoking.
I really am aiming for 30 days without smoking, I’ve never been 30 days clean of nicotine. I’ve made it a few weeks before but never 30 days. I think if i can just make it past this one month hump… then thaqt will be the point of no return for me. i will have made it furthur than i ever have before and there is no turing back for me.
The reason i quit was because i actually work out regularly and i’m trying to get into very good physical conditioning. So, naturally the smoking just worked itself out of my lifestlye and i just no longer wanted or needed to smoke.
Does any former smokers have tips for
3rd week? (which im in now)
4th week?
2nd month?
3-6 months?
1st year?
