Well I would definitely recommend my own:-) It’s a program to help you quit in 7 days consisting of an eBook (you read one chapter a day), a Hypnotic Audio (that you can listen to when you go to sleep) and a short Motivational Video.
Quitting (if you want to do it the easy way that is) is all about changing your mindset. Whatever you do, don’t waste your money on patches or drugs – you don’t want (or need) to replace one evil with another.
